How do I get a Home Care Package?
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to request an ACAT assessment. Once approved you are placed on the national queue. When a package is assigned, you can choose Neta Care as your provider.
What is the difference between HCP and CHSP?
CHSP is entry-level: a few hours of support per week. HCPs are higher-intensity: ongoing packages with funding scaled to your assessed need.
Can I change providers?
Yes. HCP funding follows the person. We coordinate the transition.
